Palermo, city of crossroads and ancient cultures, is an organic, cold-pressed, fresh and aromatic chocolate with beans from Ecuador, with the addition of Sicilian sumac and late mandarin peel.

A delicious, organic, gluten and dairy free chocolate bar made using only the finest raw ingredients, selected among Slow Food Presidium and / or from Fair Trade producers, respectful of small indigenous communities, the environment and biodiversity.
