Tomatoes harvested at their peak, processed right away, to create a creamy, flavourful sauce you can easily adapt to any recipe. A must have, in every pantry. Grown, picked and processed in Campania, Italy.

The most versatile of the entire VeroPop Collection, this Italianavera tomato purée adapts easily on many recipes.

Add it to make a quick pasta sauce with meatballs, on pizza (just like this, no need to cook it, simply add extra virgin olive oil and spices!) and fish soups too.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.

Quality passata - we love to use it with sofrito to make a lovely sauce for meatballs, or add a few herbs etc to use as a simple but tasty pizza sauce.
