La Macina Ligure was the very first company we visited back in 2015, well before this website was built or we had a place for the products to be stored. Mr Bruno, the owner and director, welcomed us with open arms, showed around the factory and answered any question we had.

Their mission has always been to bring a piece of Liguria to tables all over the world. In doing so, they also committed to using organic ingredients, well before it was fashionable.

Lovely pesto

I tried the ligure pesto Rosso for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed in fact I will be happy to order it again. It’s a rich pesto, full of flavour and is great with pasta.
