Following the original recipe from Mantua, Bottega Pavesi creates a mostarda to be remembered. If you, like us, love the contrast between the sweet of the candied apples and the contrast only mustard can provide, then look no further.

This apple mostarda is the perfect ingredient for the original Mantuan pumpkin ravioli, but also a great companion to cheese boards, and our favourite, roast pork with crispy crackling.

Giacomo, Pepe, Camillo, Daniele and Matteo. Born between 1983 and 1986, they followed different paths that eventually led to the creation of Bottega Pavesi. The raw ingredients come from their territory, Emilia Romagna, and everything is produced always with the protection of the biodiversity in mind.

In their Manifesto they say: "we are very ambitious in researching that delicate balance of flavours, so that when our products hit the palate then memory kicks in. And memory then recalls emotions, which is always the foundation of something beautiful".
