Grilled Peppers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500g

Peppers are harvested from the Modena farm gardens. After being washed and husked, the aubergines are blanched in a balanced solution of vinegar and wine. The final steps include: manual filling of the jar, topping with extra virgin olive oil, and pasteurisation.

Best before date is indicated on the package.
Store in a cool place away from heat sources. Once the jar is opened, store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
