
Grilled Peppers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500g
These Dispensa Rubini Grilled Peppers are harvested when ripe and then processed by hand, then sliced, grilled and preserved in Brisighella extra virgin olive oil.
The peppers used are the red and green variety, because of their crunchy and consistent pulp, strong flavour for the first and a slightly acidic flavour for the latter.
Given they are particularly crunchy, they are perfect as a side roasts, charcuterie, sandwich but our favourite use is on pizza with a couple of anchovies.
