Passata di Pomodoro Rustica Tomato Purée 500g

Tomatoes are harvested from the Modena farm gardens. After being washed and husked, they the tomatoes are blanched in a pot with water at 100°C and then drained for about 60 minutes. The final steps include: passing in a special machine with wide holes (this is what gives the rustic consistency), vacuum cooked at 75°C, placed in the jar, pasteurised.

Best before date is indicated on the package.
Store in a cool place away from heat sources. Once the jar is opened, store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
