Born almost 80 years ago in Portile, a small village a few kilometres outside Modena, from the desire of the great-grandfather Gaetano Rubini. Followed by grandfather Antonio, to the present day with Giuseppe and the rest of the Rubini family, who together carry on with the same work and traditions passed down through generations.
From the fields of Formigine, Vignola and Modena, among family members and collaborators who over the years became an integral part of the family, Dispensa Rubini selects only the best produce, meticulously transforms it using decades of experience and innovation, knowledge and passion.
