Filippo Cea Raw Almonds 250g
With full flavour and balanced taste, Donna Francesca raw almonds from the Filippo Cea variety stand out for their intense aroma of casein with an elegant ending followed by a remarkable persistence in the mouth. The complexity of these tastes is due to the richness of the almonds in essential oils (59.57% of which nearly 74% is represented by oleic acid, followed by 18.6% linoleic acid and 5.5% palmitic acid), and of course, the endless care Donna Francesca's Team apply every step of the way.
Almond groves are at 200/380 meters above sea level, on the border between pre-Murgia and Alta Murgia. Harvest is from the end of August to the beginning of October, using manual or with the aid of mechanical facilitators.
