A delicious and healthy wholemeal almond butter by Apulian company Donna Francesca, made of 100% of Filippo Cea toasted and finely processed almonds. A paste with a creamy consistency, featuring a delicate and harmonious taste due to the delicacy of the almond oils, enhanced by its roasting which gives hints of coffee, barley and dried fruits.

Use of almond paste as an alternative to tahini in hummus or salad dressing, as well as for desserts in a 100% almond ice cream or yogurt. Also a morning favourite, on a toast with a drizzle of honey.

Emulsifiers free. The cream may be subject to separation of the oily component which does not affect its quality in any way.
To restore the original state, we recommend stirring the jar with a fork (not a spoon) for a couple of minutes.

Store at a temperature between 18 °C and 24 ° C. Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep away from heat sources.
