Called Padre (Father in Italian), these Italianavera San Marzano tomatoes are considered to be the father of all the tomatoes. Perfect to make a quick pasta sauce, easy also to use on pizza (just add some fresh basil and mozzarella, and you're good to go) but also vegetarian recipes and seafood soups. After all, it is the father of all tomatoes!  

Grown, harvested and processed in the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area, near Salerno.
