Expression of the Gargano area, this Bio Orto organic Monocultivar Ogliarola extra virgin olive oil has a clear golden yellow colour with a slight greenish reflection. On the palate, it gives a pleasant perception of softness, as well as a velvety note, together with the balance of bitter and spicy sensations: a fruity oil, with personality, but without excesses.


Great on steamed vegetables, salads and soups. Organically grown, picked and cold pressed in Apulia, Italy.
