RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.
We take extra care in packaging our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:
If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. We will not issue a refund without proof of damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.
If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will issue a full refund as soon as the products are returned back to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.
If you have not received your products, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate with our couriers. We will not be able to issue a refund or a replacement for claims that have reached us 14 days after from the day your were supposed to receive the items (as stated on the consignment provided by the courier).
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
