Shipping

Cut-off Times & Processing:

Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays, so orders will not be processed on these days.

Delivery Timeframes & Costs:

UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days – £4.95
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days – £8.95
  • Free Delivery: Available on orders over £60.00

All deliveries are made via Royal Mail’s tracked 48-hour service, allowing you to monitor your order's status. Tracking information will be updated once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in West Byfleet, Surrey, and the progress can be tracked from the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Over 80% of Express parcels are delivered next day, but we no longer guarantee next-day delivery due to occasional courier delays that are beyond our control. If you require a specific delivery time (e.g., before 10 am), please contact us, and we will review your request.

International Shipping:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@feastitaly.com for a personalised quote. Please note that customs charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Feast Italy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, we are unable to resend the order at our expense. The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

We strongly recommend double-checking the address details at checkout to ensure accuracy. If the error is noticed before dispatch, we will do our best to update the shipping information if possible. However, once the order has been dispatched, any changes will not be guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address and requires re-shipping, customers will need to cover any additional shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us at hello@feastitaly.com with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Unwanted Items:

If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the products, we will accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged items. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and should be sent back in their original packaging to ensure the product remains resellable.

Please note: refunds will not be issued for products that arrive open, broken, or damaged upon return.

Return Shipping Costs:
  • In the event that the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For unwanted items (such as those not due to fault or incorrect shipment), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Exclusions:

We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences or if the product is no longer desired. However, if your request does not fall within these conditions, please contact us at hello@feastitaly.com, and we will review your case on a case-by-case basis.
