Please note: orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. For those outside the cut-off time, they will be dispatched on the following working day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and all the scheduled public holidays.

We ship all our orders with Royal Mail, using a tracked 48 hour service, so that you can monitor the order whereabouts during transit. The system will update when your order is dispatched from our warehouse in West Byfleet, Surrey, and show the progress from the next working day. The transit time is usually of 48-72 hours but we prefer to give extra time in case of any hiccups along the way.
Please also consider that the above timings are subject to the delivery services and may vary in busy periods e.g Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
We dispatch orders as fast as possible and over 80% of Express parcels will be delivered Next Day. However, after receiving complaints caused by courier delays (and completely out of our hands), we are no longer advertising next day deliveries. If you require a parcel to reach at a certain time and day (e.g. morning before 10am), please do get in touch and we'll look into this for you.
International shipping costs are calculated on a case to case basis, please do get in touch for a personalised quote. Please consider that we will not be responsible for any additional customs charges, and these will be calculated at time of arrival in the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
At Feast Italy, we prioritise the careful packaging of our products to ensure they reach you quickly and safely. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen events can occur during transit, beyond our control. Therefore, we have established some guidelines for such situations.
In the case of products arriving damaged or broken, we offer a full replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please take a picture of the contents of the box and immediately contact us at hello[@]feastitaly.com.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the appearance of the products, we will provide a full refund once the items are returned to us in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. It is important to note that while we want you to be satisfied with our service, we also need to ensure the product remains sellable. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt, and we recommend using the original packaging for the return shipment. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the products arrive open, broken, or damaged.
