Bio Orto Grand Cru Coratina Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Puglia from 100% early-harvest Coratina olives and cold-pressed within just 2 to 4 hours of harvest. Naturally high in polyphenols at 902mg/kg, this premium Italian extra virgin olive oil has the bold character Coratina is famous for, with notes of freshly cut grass, green tomato and artichoke, followed by a pleasantly bitter, peppery finish.

Wonderful Olive Oil

I received my first Organic varietal Coratina EVO a couple of weeks ago and what’s not to like. The rich consistency with a smooth peppery taste is pleasant to take either neat or drizzled over any meal. Plus the attractive container with a high class pourer is an added bonus. And I agree with the health benefits to hair, skin and energy. I’m a fan of this high quality product

I intended to buy this from Italy but the shipping cost was prohibitive so bought locally - slightly more economical. It's expensive but absolutely superb balsamico. Very concentrated/viscous but a good balance of sweetness and acidity. The makers suggest a wide range of uses for this condiment and I don't disagree. Used sparingly it will last a long time and continue to be delicious.
The package was very well wrapped and arrived on time.

Fabulous Olive Oil

I have recently been learning about the health benefits of EVOO and kept seeing this brand popping up everywhere. From the Olive Oil Times to podcasts on Spotify, Coratina olives are renowned for their polyphenol qualities and their peppery taste. This EVOO is sublime! Full of flavour, amazing on salads or in cooking, I find myself licking the measuring spoon when making dressing or simply drizzled on bread. I can't get enough and I've already bought the 1l refill tin! The bottle is beautiful too and looks lovely in my pale yellow kitchen. Service from the Red Beetle and Deb has always been fantastic. Viva italia!!
