You can find information about the product in each page. We try to be exhaustive in our descriptions, however we cannot tell you exactly what the taste is going to be. We spend quite an extensive amount of time researching and asking for different opinions and we hope this will be persuade you to take the first step towards our world of products. We are sure you will not be disappointed and you will come back for more.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Many of them are. We try to make it clear in our product descriptions. If you still have some doubts, you are welcome to ask and our friendly team will surely double check for you.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
Most of them are. It will be clearly stated in each description and you will see it from the packaging as well. If we are not sure about their quality or the values behind them, we will not sell it.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE OR DAIRY FREE?
Some of them are, but if not clearly stated in the product description, probably that particular product isn't. If you are unsure, feel free to ask.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS KOSHER?
The short answer is no, but we should be able to double check that for you. Please contact us and be vocal about your needs, so that we can make a better shopping experience for everyone.

WHO ARE YOUR SUPPLIERS?
We source our suppliers personally, this is why we don't have many. We've met them and know their names and stories. They are amazing people, and we will do our absolute best to make sure that you know all about them too. You are part of the family.
ORDERS, PAYMENT METHOD, SECURITY, SHIPPING
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, powered by Shopify payment.
DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
The short answer is no. Let us give you more details.
With the direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data to complete your purchase. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We dispatch using Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL based on weight and destination. For more details on shipping charges, please see our Shipping & Return page.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill orders outside the UK, but if you really want our products please drop us a line and we will do our best to make it happen.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We process, package and send all the orders within 24-48 hours after we received it. Royal Mail usually takes 2-3 working days to get the parcel to you. If you are in a rush, we are happy to discuss quicker options, feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/ THE ORDER ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?
You can as long as the order hasn't been processed and we haven't already entered your order with our courier. Contact us as soon as you need to amend the address.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVES?
Our courier will leave a leaflet in your mailbox for you to collect it at your nearest depot, or details to rearrange delivery. You'll also receive a tracking number, and be able to monitor your parcel's whereabouts in real time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.
We take extra care in packaging our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:
If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will refund you for the amount of those broken items. Please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not issue a refund without proof of the damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.
If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will offer you a full refund as soon as the products are returned to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
