Crafted from red and white grapes cultivated in the Emilia-Romagna region, this exceptional product undergoes a meticulous ageing process in oak barrels. While it shares similarities with the renowned Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this Condiment stands proudly on its own.

Made with locally sourced grape must, this Yellow Condiment incorporates a small and carefully calibrated percentage of aged wine vinegar to achieve its distinct flavour profiles. Despite its youth, the Yellow Label Condiment boasts a delightful aroma, with fresh and zesty notes and no lingering aftertaste.
