This Callipo jam is a delightful blend of strawberries and pomegranate, creating a harmonious combination of flavours. It is made using a traditional artisanal process, with 45% strawberries and 30% pomegranate juice, sourced from high-quality organic ingredients.

The sweetness of the strawberries is complemented by the tangy and slightly tart taste of the pomegranate, resulting in a balanced and refreshing jam. The addition of pectin from fruits acts as a natural gelling agent, giving the jam a smooth and spreadable texture. A touch of elderberry juice adds a subtle floral note to enhance the overall taste.
