Avocado Tuna Tartar Recipe with Red Label Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients for 4 people
300g Fresh Tuna
1 Avocado
4 Teaspoons of Sesame Seeds
4 Tablespoons of Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar Red Label
Salt & Pepper
Method
In a bowl, slice the tuna and avocado in small cubes. Do it quickly, to avoid oxidation (it will otherwise darken a little). Season with salt, pepper and the sesame seeds. Place the avocado and tuna in a ramekin, press down a little to fill all the gaps. Overthrow on a plate, sprinkle some sesame on top then decorate with some delicious Il Borgo del Balsamico Red Labe Balsamic Vinegar Modena IGP. Enjoy, and then enjoy some more!
