Smoked Carnaroli Rice Fog from Piedmont 500g
Using only the best Carnaroli rice, Gli Aironi smoked it with cherry wood for 14 hours. The result? A rice with soft woody notes, intense flavour and that is pleasantly delicate on the palate. Suitable for risotto, but also as an accompaniment for meat, fish, game and vegetables to which it gives contrasts of aromas and intrigue.
Gli Aironi decades long experience guarantees the light dehusking of the grain, preserving all the nutritional substances present in the outside part of the rice, responsible for its unforgettable and unmistakable flavour.
