Loison Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Panettone is an original and exclusive dessert that surprises with the perfect balance between sweet and salty. Its intense and lively taste satisfies the most refined and indulgent palates. The dough, yellow in colour and well-aerated, is richly filled with salted caramel cream and embellished with drops of single-origin dark chocolate and natural Madagascar Mananara vanilla.

The Salted Caramel Panettone is the result of 72 hours of patient artisanal processing and is naturally leavened, starting from a sourdough starter. All the basic ingredients are fresh: eggs from free-range farms in Italy, milk, cream, and mountain butter. The NeroSale Loison Panettone, famous for its salted caramel cream, 100% Made in Loison without the use of added semi-finished products, is the result of a recipe by Dario Loison, who skillfully calibrated the ingredients in perfect balance between sweet and salty. Neither overpowers the other, but together they burst into a lively and meaningful taste, alongside bitter notes of dark chocolate.

Coming in an elegant 2024 Limited Edition Tartan tin, this panettone is delightful with a cup of tea or coffee, sweet wine, or a glass of rum.
