Not far from their olive groves, the century od stone mill works non stop during the harvest, allowing Frantoio Muraglia to crush their olives within 4 hours from picking, quite the rarity. The Coratina and Peranzana olives are the varieties chosen by Frantoio Muraglia as the epitome of the Apulia region, offering both intense and medium fruitness, to suit every table, cooking style and cuisine.

Fabulous Olive Oil

I have recently been learning about the health benefits of EVOO and kept seeing this brand popping up everywhere. From the Olive Oil Times to podcasts on Spotify, Coratina olives are renowned for their polyphenol qualities and their peppery taste. This EVOO is sublime! Full of flavour, amazing on salads or in cooking, I find myself licking the measuring spoon when making dressing or simply drizzled on bread. I can't get enough and I've already bought the 1l refill tin! The bottle is beautiful too and looks lovely in my pale yellow kitchen. Service from the Red Beetle and Deb has always been fantastic. Viva italia!!
