Corbarino Tomatoes VeroPop Collection 400g

SOLD OUT
Original Price £2.75
Current Price £1.95

Getting their name from the hills of Corbara, in the province of Salerno, these Italianavera Corbarino tomatoes are intense red in colour, oblong shaped and typically bittersweet.

Something new to experiment with, and truly understand and appreciate the flavour each variety of tomatoes can bring to the table, their juice is slightly runnier than the other Italianavera tomatoes, and their skin thicker (great to be crushed alongside the pulp to keep all the flavour and taste). They particularly suit clams and seafood sauces.

Grown, picked and processed in Campania, Italy.
