Crafted from a selection of white and red grapes from the Emilia Romagna region, the Borgo Red Label Condiment undergoes a lengthy acetification process in oak barrels, resulting in its exceptional character.

Versatile, il Borgo Red Label Condiment is the perfect accompaniment to both sweet and savoury dishes. Elevate your culinary creations by pairing it with Lard from Colonnata, drizzling it over a velvety pumpkin risotto, or enhancing the flavours of roasted butternut squash.
