A collection of flavour packed aromatic extra virgin olive oil made by Frantoio Muraglia, created to enhance all recipes, however with a particular eye to cakes and biscuits.
Needless to say, they are great in a variety of applications: lemon can be used with seafood, on gelato, to substitute butter in dairy free recipes. Ginger can also be used to make lovely biscuits, however we also love it in Thai soups and Moroccan tagines. Bergamot adds a lovely twist in cakes, but also seafood pasta recipes.
