A delicious focaccia handmade in the heart of Monferrato, Piedmont, by Panificio Bo. Crunchy and tasty, great with cheese, crudités, hummus, and anything going on a platter for antipasto. They are also a great snack in the half hour prior eating dinner (when you're so hungry you can no longer wait!). 

Since 1820, Grissinificio (literally breadsticks maker) Bo is synonym of tradition, quality and a deep connection with the surrounding territory. Their products are still handmade today, and have been enjoyed for generations.

Panificio Bo was founded in 1820 in the middle of Monferrato, a region in the middle of Piedmont.
Over the course of few decades it changed from a small village bakery to a modern company in order to meet the needs of the market, but never stopped to respect tradition.

Because of its love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high quality genuine products and focusing on the importance of the production process. They choose their ingredients carefully and hand-make all their products, like breadsticks, according to Piedmontese tradition.

These are absolutely delicious just as a simple snack or accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses and antipasto bits. These are also great in kids lunch boxes. We've tried all the flavours and they are all amazing!!
