Here we went for a Spring version, using seasonal ingredients and the always popular Frantoio Muraglia Lemon Flavoured olive oil. 

Ingredients

Burrata
Rocket
Fresh Mint
Fresh Peas (boiled)
Salt & Pepper
Frantoio Muraglia Lemon Flavoured olive oil

Method

Nothing to do really, except the fresh peas. Clean them, boiled them for a couple of minutes, toss everything together and serve. Super easy!
