The cultivar Peranzana is a dual purpose olive, both for oil and for the table. The olives are pitted only after they have matured for the right time and are immersed in extra virgin olive oil of the same variety to enhance their characteristic flavours.

Organically grown and harvested in Apulia, Italy.
