A traditional egg pasta format in the Italian cuisine, Filotea produces a version flavoured with habanero chili, giving them a characteristic spicy taste and making them suitable for any type of white or red sauce, whether it's meat, fish, or vegetable-based.

Filotea's egg pasta is made using only Italian raw materials, slowly dried at low temperatures for at least 24 hours, making it highly digestible and very rough, allowing it to hold any type of sauce effectively.

With Filotea, you won't just be serving a typical pasta, but a true delicacy that will remind you of the homemade fresh pasta prepared by your grandmothers.
