Delicious turnip greens typical of the Campania region, best known as friarielli, they are made by Italianavera using only the best raw ingredients. Preserved in water and salt will ensure you get the full flavour of this fantastic product. 

To cook: open the tin, drain the water and in the meantime heat the oil, garlic and chilli pepper in the pan. Add the turnip greens and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Use as condiment to orecchiette or pizza, some recipes call for
