Bathed in a soft and delicate sauce, they give their best when crushed with a spoon prior cooking: this will preserve the pulp, and release all the flavours. Grown, picked and processed in Campania, Italy.

Fruity, with less acidity, packed with flavours, these Italianavera traditional peeled tomatoes give their best with Italian recipes, in particular pasta sauces.

A quick recipe: in a saucepan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with anchovies, taggiasca olives and garlic, leave for a few minutes. Add the crushed peeled tomatoes, and cook for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Meanwhile cook the pasta and when ready, toss in the saucepan, adding a few tablespoon of water from the pasta. Serve and enjoy.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
