Although the sheets are no longer suitable for making traditional layered lasagne requiring full, intact sheets, the pasta remains suitable for cooking and enjoying in other dishes, such as rustic pasta bakes, soups or maltagliati-style recipes.

The pasta itself remains suitable for consumption, and the packaging protecting the food is intact.

Lasagne is one of the most famous Italian pasta and you can find a million recipes to delight your loved ones. We like to follow the traditional version, with Bolognese ragù, besciamelle sauce and plenty of Parmigiana Reggiano cheese. All layered to perfection.  

Cooking time: 5 minutes (although we recommend cooking a lasagna for at least 30 minutes, at 180°C).
