Bloody Mary Recipe

In our cooking, we aim to avoid waste as much as possible. There are occasions in which we only need the tomatoes inside the tins and the precious juice must be put aside. What better way to showcase the goodness of the incredible Italianavera tomatoes than with a fabulous cocktail? 

Below the ingredients and super quick recipe to make one killer Bloody Mary. 

Ingredients for 1 glass:

45 ml of Vodka
90 ml of Italianavera Datterino Tomato Juice (Spunzillo work very well too!)
15 ml of Lime Juice
2 drops of Worcestershire Sauce
3-4 drops of Tabasco
1 pinch of Salt and 1 pinch of Pepper

Method

Combine vodka, tomato juice and lime juice in a tall Tumbler glass. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Gently stir the cocktail and garnish with a piece of celery and a few ice cubes as desired.

If you're feeling experimental, you may add a drop of Frantoio Muraglia celery flavoured extra virgin olive oil instead. The unexpected flavours may surprise you!
