Lasagne is one of the most famous Italian pasta and you can find a million recipes to delight your loved ones. We like to follow the traditional version, with Bolognese ragù, besciamelle sauce and plenty of Parmigiana Reggiano cheese. All layered to perfection.
Cooking time: 5 minutes (although we recommend cooking a lasagna for at least 30 minutes, at 180°C).
